Handmade Items

1. All products in this shop are handmade unless specified otherwise this means each item is unique and may have small variations or imperfections. These are normal and not considered defects

Prices and Payment

1. All Prices are listed in USD

2. I reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout.orders not paid for will not be processed or shipped

Order Accuracy

1. Please double check all information before ordering, this includes; but is not limited to design details

Cancellations

1. Because items are handmade and typically started quickly, I do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. (Unless its within an hour of placing the order)If you make a mistake on your order, contact me immediately - I may be able to adjust small details before I begin working, but this is not guaranteed.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

1. All sales are final. Refunds/Replacements are only available if:the item arrived damaged during shipping

Shipping

1. I use First Class Shipping by default unless another method is requested before checkout.Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping costs if they choose an upgrade.

2. Once a package is with the carrier, I am not responsible for:Lost packages

5. Incorrect addresses provided by the buyer

Use of Products

1. Masks should be used responsibly. I am not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, improper use, or damage caused by:Rough handling

Intellectual Property

1. All masks, designs, artwork, photos, and product descriptions are my original work (not necessarily design in the case of a custom but otherwise this still stands). You may not copy, reproduce, or resell my designs without my explicit permission.

Privacy

1. Any personal information you provide (Name, address, email, etc.) is used only to process your order. I will never sell, trade or share your information.For more details, see my Privacy Policy.

Right to Refuse Service

1. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:A buyer is abusive or threatening
