Shipping Info

All items in my shop are handmade. Processing time is typically 3-5 Business days before your order is shipped. However it depends on the item.

  1. Premade: I need time to package and get it to the post office in 3-5 business days as I’m still a student in school and can’t always prioritize my business. But I will notify you if your shipment will be late for whatever reason.

  2. Customs/commissions: I will need time to make the mask and if I run out of materials I will need time to buy more mid project. I will give you updates if possible on the progress and will notify you when it is shipped.

Shipping cost

  1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on;

    1. Destination

    2. package size

    3. package weight

  2. I do not control shipping rates. They are set by shipping companies.

Packaging

  1. Each mask will be packaged safely with cushioning and a thank you note.

  2. All masks are being sprayed on the inside with fursuit sanitizing spray before shipment.

Delivery Times

  1. ESTIMATED delivery windows:

  1. First Class: 3-7 business days

  2. Priority mail: 2-4 business days

  1. I ship all orders using First Class by default. If you wish a different shipping method such as priority or Express, please contact me before checkout so I can adjust the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees.

  1. Actual delivery time may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Lost, stolen, or Delayed Packages

  1. I am not responsible for;

  1. Lost packages

  2. Stolen packages

  3. delivery delays

  4. Packages marked as “Delivered” that you can’t locate

  1. If any of these occur, please contact the shipping carrier first by using your tracking number

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  1. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  2. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email me ASAP. If I haven’t shipped the order yet I could fix it.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

  1. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for paying additional shipping to resend it.

  2. I don’t offer refunds for orders returned due to address mistakes or failure to pick up packages

International Shipping

  1. I do offer international shipping. But international buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties.

Order tracking

  1. Once shipped, you’ll receive and email with;

    1. tracking number carrier info

    2. shipment date

    3. tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear
